My first experience with Mediestates was when Alison came to see the practice and take the details to produce a marketing plan for the practice. I was very impressed with her attitude and efficiency. Following this I was assigned to Hannah for the remainder of the sale process. Through one reason and another there were various stages in the sale process that would try a Saint. However, Hannah was a key part of orchestrating a coordinated approach when the going became tough! Hannah really came into her own during the final stages of the sale when for one reason and another and factors out of everyones control it all seemed like it was going to stall. Both myself and the buyer were in close contact but despite this nothing was happening. Leah (my solicitor) and Hannah got it all moving thankfully and really helped save the day! Its a tricky and very stressful process selling a dental practice to say the least. Regarding the experience I have had with Mediestates now it has been sold, if I was asked would I choose them to sell a dental practice for me again I would undoubtedly say yes. Alison and Hannah are a credit to the company in my view.
