I have to thank the whole Mediestates team for their help and support during the sale of our practice. My first contact was with Ian Simms who came to visit the practice to talk over the sales process and provide an initial valuation. He came over as a friendly, keen, well informed and professional. Following this initial visit a valuation was produced within a few days, which was approximately 10% higher than the first valuation that we had received from another agent. Unfortunately we then had to postpone the sale of the practice for three months when one of the partners was involved in a RTA. During this period Ian was as good as his word and left us alone, with no unwanted phone calls whilst we got the practice back in order. When we did decide to put the practice on the market, Ian revisited and the final valuation was agreed, and as he predicted we had a prospective purchaser with a week and a second expression of interest a few days later. From this point on the support of the whole Mediestates team was fantastic. We received regular updates on the progress of the sale, there was always someone to talk to; there was always someone to help with the details of the sales process and to make sure things were progressing as they should. In short I don’t think the service we received can be faulted. From first contact to finally signing on the dotted line, absolutely spot on.
